Children's Programs

In recognising that children learn more in their first 5 years than at any other time, qualified staff in each room plan a variety of experiences to encourage individual development.

During the day there is a balance between active and passive activities indoors and outdoors.   Experiences provided stimulate and enhance all areas of development through individual exploration and small group experiences. The program includes creative art, music and     movement, dramatic and creative play, math and problem solving, fine and gross motor play, sensory experiences, literature, cooking, nature and science, and the development of each child socially and emotionally.

The children’s program is displayed in each room, and parents may request to see their child’s observations at any time.

Food & Nutrition

Meal times at the Centre are a time for enjoying healthy eating with the company of other children and staff. 

We provide a nutritious breakfast, morning and afternoon teas and a 2-course lunch prepared by our qualified chef. The 4 Week rotating menu   provides a variety of meals catering for children’s  allergies, dietary restrictions and needs.

Centre Staff

Our qualified and experienced staff have a strong commitment to offering a stimulating and fun environment for children with the    provision of high quality care and education. All staff are required to have a Working with    Children Check, a current First Aid Certificate and Anaphylaxis training.

Number of Places

The Centre is registered for 45 children.

Movement from one room to another is based upon availability and the child’s stage of development (not chronological age). Limited vacancies exist for older children on school  holidays.
